Comprehensive Plan

The Town of Washington is currently working with the Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission to develop a 20-year comprehensive plan. A comprehensive plan reflects the community priorities and their shared vision for future growth and development. It considers population trends, housing needs, transportation, economic development, parks, community facilities and utilities, and more. Once the plan is completed, it will serve as Washington's key planning and policy tool to guide decision-making for the next 20 years.
