Alcohol and Tobacco Licensing
Alcohol licenses in the Town of Washington are renewed annually at the June Regular Town Board Meeting, typically held the third Wednesday in June. All applications are due to the Town Office by June 1. Please include your most updated Wisconsin Business Tax Registration form/Wisconsin Sellers Permit. Your licenses will be issued once all fees have been paid in full and all necessary paperwork is complete. Licenses cannot be issued to establishments with delinquent personal property taxes, delinquent state sales taxes, wholesaler debt, or unpaid license fees.
Once you receive your licenses, post them in a conspicuous place at your licensed establishment. The entire license should be visible, not just the mailing address.
