Steps to Purchase a Cemetery Plot

1. Contact the Town Office for a cemetery map

   • Call (920) 847-2522

   • Email townoffice@washingtonisland-wi.gov

2. Select the plot location and size

3. Pay the applicable fee according to the fee schedule

4. The Town Office will mail the signed Cemetery Deed

Steps to Coordinate Burial

(Please confirm with your funeral home, the Town may work with them on this process)

1. Fill out Burial Request Form and return to the Town Office

2. Pay the applicable fee according to the fee schedule

3. Monuments company will contact the Town Office or the Department of Public Works for headstone placement
