Door County Public Health is able to provide vaccines to:

Children (18 and younger) who:

  • Are enrolled in Medicaid/BadgerCare+

  • Are Native American or Alaskan Native

  • Have no insurance

  • Have health insurance that does not cover vaccines (please check with your child’s insurance provider)

Adults (19 and older) who:

  • Have no insurance or health insurance that does not cover vaccines (please check with your insurance provider) AND meet one or more criteria for the requested vaccine(s)

Seasonal Flu and COVID Vaccines for Adults

  • Door County Public Health can accept cash or check, Medicaid/BadgerCare+, traditional Medicare Part B, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plan*, plans issued by Wisconsin only. *We cannot accept any other Medicare Advantage Plans other than United Healthcare.

Adult Influenza (Flu) Vaccine (Flublok) for ages 18+ $65

High Dose Influenza (Flu) Vaccine (Fluzone High Dose) for ages 65+ $75

Pfizer (Comirnaty) COVID-19 2024-25 Vaccine $130

Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) vaccine is available for children and adults regardless of insurance status free of charge.

Note: We do not offer shingles, pneumonia, or RSV vaccines at this time.
