MINUTES
A. ROLL CALL - Chairman Tim Jessen called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. Supervisors present included: Liz Holmes; Joel Gunnlaugsson; and Randy Sorensen. Ron Overdahl was excused. Also present were Tyler McGrane from the Washington Island Police Department and an applicant for the vacant law enforcement position.
B. CLOSED SESSION - to conduct an interview for a police officer as authorized under Section 19.85(1)(c) of State of Wisconsin Statutes. Motion by Holmes seconded by Sorensen to go into closed session at 11:00 a.m. as authorized under SS 19.85 (1)(c). Roll call vote: Holmes – aye; Jessen – aye; Sorensen – aye; and Gunnlaugsson – aye. Motion carried.
C. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION - Motion by Gunnlaugsson seconded by Holmes to return to open session at 11:55 a.m. Roll call vote: Gunnlaugsson – aye; Holmes – aye; Sorensen – aye and Jessen – aye. Motion carried.
D. POSSIBLE ACTION BASED ON CLOSED SESSION - None.
E. ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Gunnlaugsson seconded by Holmes to adjourn at 11:55 a.m. Motion carried.
