MINUTES
A. ROLL CALL: Chairman Tim Jessen called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM in the library of the Community Center. Supervisors present were Liz Holmes, Joel Gunnlaugsson, Randy Sorensen and Ron Overdahl. Also present were Attorney Mike Cieslewicz from Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik, and Rescue Squad Leader, Lou Small.
B. CLOSED SESSION – to confer with legal council with respect to pending litigation as authorized under Section 19.85(1)(g) of State of Wisconsin Statutes. Motion by Sorensen seconded by Gunnlaugsson to go into closed session as reference at 2:02 PM. Roll call vote: Gunnlaugsson – aye, Sorensen – aye, Jessen – aye, Overdahl – aye and Holmes – aye. Motion carried.
C. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION– Motion by Holmes seconded by Sorensen to return to Open Session at 3:17 PM. Roll call vote: Holmes – aye; Overdahl – aye; Jessen – aye; Sorensen – aye and Gunnlaugsson – aye. Motion carried.
D. ACTION TAKEN BASED ON CLOSED SESSION – None.
E> ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Gunnlaugsson seconded by Holmes to adjourn at 3:20 PM. Motion carried.
