MINUTES
A. Roll Call – Chairman Dutton Morehouse called the meeting to order at 4:15 PM. Supervisors present were: Ron Overdahl, Joel Gunnlaugsson and Jim VanRamshorst. Liz Holmes was excused.
B. New Business
1. Consider concurrence, per the Amended and Restated Medical Clinic Agreement, with the decision of North Shore Medical Clinic to transfer Patti Balestrieri, PA, from NSMC-Sturgeon Bay to NSMC-Washington Island – Motion by VanRamshorst seconded by Overdahl to concur with the decision of North Shore Medical Clinic (NSMC) to transfer Patti Balestrieri, PA from NSMC – Sturgeon Bay to NSMC – Washington Island. Morehouse, also a member of the Clinic Advisory Committee, asked the other two members of the Clinic Advisory Committee if they agreed with the recommendation from NSMC, both answered, “Yes.” Motion carried unanimously.
Morehouse suggested the Town Board, the Medical Committee and the Clinic Advisory Committees work together to host a welcome reception Morehouse thought it would be nice for the community to meet the two new Medical Providers. A tentative date for the event was set for April 7, 2007
C. Adjournment – Motion by VanRamshorst seconded by Gunnlaugsson to adjourn at 4:21 PM. Motion carried.
