A special meeting of the Recreation Center Committee was called to order by Daniel Nerenhausen on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 6:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Recreation Center.

Board Members present: Daniel Nerenhausen, John Buxton, Holly Ullman-Herlache, Willy Clayton, Courtney DeJardin, Carolyn Foss and Kelly Jorgenson.

Also present: Katie McGrane, Rec Manager.

A motion was made by Carolyn, seconded by Kelly to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Willy, seconded by Courtney to approve Option #3 to replace filter system with Nemato commercial filters using commercial dial valves for operation at the estimated cost of $29,504.00. Motion carried.

A motion to adjourn at 6:35 PM was made by Carolyn, seconded by John. Motion carried.
