1.   WIZAP Ð Recommendation on request for a text amendment to the Door                                 County Zoning Ordinances that would omit section 3.12(6)9b) 2.e Ð Motion.

      2.  WIZAP Ð Recommendation on a representative plus an alternate to                           represent the IslandÕs interests on the Door County Core Planning                                      Committee for Comprehensive planning Ð Motion.

      3.  Driveway Permit for Busateri Ð Motion.

      4.  Request by Accurate Appraisal to be paid in equal monthly installments Р                           Motion.
      5.  Request by WI Community Health Program to add Ellen Graf, Ed OÕNeil,                              Stan Zyskowski and John Davies to WICHP Board Ð Motion.
