7. Approval of a distributor for Town Maintenance Supplies. Discussion – Motion
8. Authorization for Town Clerk/Treasurer to issue operator’s licenses prior to Board approval
with the understanding the license issued is subject to board ratification (at
the next Town Board meeting). Thereby amending
Washington Code 230-3 F. Operator’s license: as
set by the Town Board. The Town Clerk/Treasurer can authorize
and approve a provisional operator’s license. Discussion –

9. Authorize Town Clerk/Treasurer to issue an operator’s license for a period of one or two years at $10 for one year and $20 for two years. Discussion – Motion.
10. Approve Resolution No. 2009-5 Withdrawal from the Bay-Lake Regional
Planning Commission – Motion
11. Appoint Alternate members to the 2009 Board of Review: Marion Boniface, Jerry
Mann and Marilyn Pinzur – Motion
12. Approval for Jeanette Hutchins to take the beaded bandoleer bag from Jacobsen Museum to the Antique Road Show– Motion
13. Provisional retail licenses SS 125.185. Designate a municipal official the authority
to issue provisional retail licenses. Amend Chapter 230 of the Washington Code to
read as follows: § 230-3. License classes and fees. K. Provisional retail
licenses: as set by the Town Board. The Town Clerk/Treasurer can authorize
and approve a Provisional retail license. Discussion – Motion.
14. Authorization for Town Board to Draft a resolution to distribute Room Tax
monies - Motion
